Dictator of the Year 2013 - in english

Hello everyone! Here is my first post all in english!

Oslo is worldwide regarded as the city of Peace, for amongst other things being the gathering place of the famous Nobel Comity of Peace, awarding each year the man, the woman, or like this year for the European Union, the foundation, whose actions during the passed year have had the most positive impacts on Peace in the world.

Well, now, Oslo shall get to be also known as the city of Evil! 

Indeed, as the Oslo Freedom Forum, meeting each year at the University building, in the centre of the norwegian capital, propose amongst many conferences about Freedom, led by people directly involved and concerned by the question of Freedom in the world, propose this year a vote in order to elect the "Dictator of the Year" that it is possible to take part in on the website created for this occasion :

Of course, this event, that is of course to be taken as a second degree joke, is here to point the finger at the one being the biggest threat for Freedom this year, when the Nobel Prize of Peace is here to celebrate the one having fought most for it. 

This year, we can also say that the laureate of this prize of the Dictator of the year can be seen as the "ante-christ" of the laureate of the Nobel Prize of Peace of this year, being EU...

Also, please note that you still have until 9th of May 2013 to vote, and that the award ceremony will take place on the 15th of May at 16:45 o’clock, University Square, downtown Oslo.

At the moment, Bashar al-Assad is leading the votes, followed by Kim Jong-un, with a few votes of difference:
